Yes, offers 3 novel options for corrugate, first of all the absolute novelty of longitudinal corrugate “WELLIXX”.

this flute in machine direction does not need stretchable paper but it is generated out of any ordinay paper, and of course also out of recycling grades.

By just changing one cylinder we were able to come up with this totally novel product which:

• has a stable wave

• can be rolled up,

• can be combined to traditional corrugate, and, which is most important:

the web width does not shrink.

Producable at corrugaters and potentially also in a paper process.

3D micro structures instead of traditional flute,

3D deformed out of stretchable paper

Microstructures obtained via 3D deformations out of stretchable paper in order to substitute and/or integrate traditional flute and keeping 1 m² = 1 m² (no take-up factor as in normal flute).
